Hello. My job is help you impress your clients and/or customers and other stake-holders, save money, boost investment returns, and reduce uncertainty and risk. I do this by assisting senior IT staff and management in achieving their objectives and overcoming obstacles. Though I may assist in a variety of areas, I tend to be involved most often in network, security, data center, and telephony related initiatives.
